Looking for a simple yet delicious breakfast idea for your lazy weekend mornings? Try these incredibly fluffy pancakes! This easy recipe uses basic ingredients and guarantees a delightful start to your day.

For our family, the perfect weekend breakfast is fluffy pancakes. Every time I start making this simple and delicious dish, the kitchen fills with aromas that remind us of the comfort of home. Brewing fragrant coffee, chatting with loved ones, and enjoying the slow pace of the morning are moments I truly cherish. These little rituals bring us together and turn an ordinary breakfast into something truly special.
This is a very simple recipe for pancakes that are incredibly tasty.
Ingredients (for 3 servings):
1 egg
milk 200 ml (take it out of the fridge first)
melted butter or oil (e.g. coconut) 40 g
wheat flour 170 g
1 teaspoon of baking powder
sugar 30 g
a pinch of salt
Method:
1. Crack the egg into a bowl and add milk, sugar and melted butter (or oil). Mix using a whisk or fork. 2. Sift together the wheat flour and baking powder into a separate bowl. We also add a pinch of salt. 3. Then mix all the ingredients to create a uniform dough. The mass should obtain the consistency of cream. 4. Place a spoonful of dough on a heated frying pan with a non-stick surface and spread it lightly into a circle. Fry without adding fat over low heat on both sides until golden brown (then the pancakes have time to rise in the pan and come out very fluffy).
Note: the second side usually needs a little less time to fry.
5. Serve with your favorite additions: maple syrup, honey, chocolate cream or jam. Pancakes will be equally delicious served with fruit and whipped cream.
Enjoy!🤗
